The weird and wonderful thing about remedies is
that no one really knows what's going to work for
who.
I mean, there's a chap I know who swears blind
that rubbing horseradish into his wrists keeps his
rheumatism at bay. But for other people this may
not work.
On a scientific level maybe it doesn't work for
my friend either. Maybe he just believes in the
remedy so much, his mind helps his body heal
itself.
Stranger things have happened. Me not making
the Welsh Rugby team for instance, even though I
was a BRILLIANT fly half.
Anyway, the point I'm trying to make is - if
there's a chance something could work for you,
you should try it.
Of course, check things out with your doctor first,
but in my opinion it's mad not to give something
a go if it's helped other people cure the same
problem you're suffering from.
So if you suffer from any time of back pain, you
should pay very close attention to what I have to
say...
This has worked like nothing else to kill off my
back pain. Will it work for you as well?
As I'm sure you're aware, I suffer from back pain
from time to time. And anything can trigger it...
When I leap up to do the dishes, when I bend
over to carry all of Lara's bags after I've
INSISTED we go clothes shopping all day...
All right, I'm not fooling anyone am I? But
simple everyday things like these can cause my
back to twinge and seize up.
Lucky for me they're pretty rare.
But when my back plays up, it can be pretty
unbearable. And once I put it out, the nagging
ache will take weeks to clear up. Now in the past,
I've tried a variety of treatments and some of
them have been excellent.
But there's always been one problem...
The pain may pass, but the CAUSE of the pain
remains. And I guess that's why my back pain
flares up from time to time.
However, even though I use any excuse for a
good moan, I'd be the first to say that I'm lucky.
Back pain only strikes me occasionally.
But for some people, back pain is a real problem
something that dogs them constantly, gnawing
away hour after hour, day after day.
Which is why I'm so excited about this... |
A genuine breakthrough in the fight against
back pain
This little device I've discovered uses a new type
of technology called MCT that gently penetrates
the damaged tissue and gets the body healing
itself. Which means the pain doesn't just
disappear temporarily it disappears permanently.
Seriously, if you suffer from back pain, give this
a look:
Pain Ease Wrap
You can try this on approval to see if it works
for you
Really, if you've got one of those 'Jack
Duckworth' backs that keeps playing up, or suffer
from any sort of back pain, then this is something
you should try.
That's an important word: TRY. I'm not saying
you should keep this - not if it doesn't work for
you. But if you don't try new remedies and new
treatments, chances are you'll be stuck with your
ailment forever.
And - in my case - this new breakthrough -
called a Pain Ease Wrap - works like nothing else
I've tried.
I wear one of these discreet little things regularly
now, and it truly helps my pain ease away.
What's best for me though is that it
doesn't interrupt my busy days one little bit
(eating breakfast, reading health reports, eating
lunch, watching sport, dodging household
chores... it all adds up you know).
I just pop this on (no one notices I'm 'wearing'
one),then forget about it while it gets to work on
my back, using a technology that actually works
WITH your body so that you heal, rather than just
block pain artificially.
You'll find out exactly how you can TRY this
yourself right here. Remember, you don't have to
keep it if it doesn't work for you. You can test it
out on your back for 30 days, and if it doesn't
help kill off your pain, just send it back and you'll
get a full refund:
Pain Ease Wrap
While you're waiting for your Pain Ease back
wrap to arrive (you will try one, won't you?),
here are some simple natural remedies to tide you
over... |
5 natural ways to protect yourself from pain
* The monkey's favourite. Bananas are rich
in potassium, and large amounts of potassium
seem to have helped some sufferers. Exactly
why potassium helps is one of life's little
mysteries, but if it works, why ask questions!
Try loading up on potassium rich foods such
as bananas, oranges and potatoes.
* Try a cup of nettle tea. Nettle has been used
for centuries to treat dozens of ailments,
including sciatica - because active
compounds in the leaves reduce
inflammation.
* Rub the pain away! Lie on your back, with
your lower back supported by pillows. Lift
up your leg and massage along the nerve
from the back of the knee round to the hip.
Then repeat going downwards. Work back
and forth across the nerve. Repeat three
times.
* St. John's Wort Oil is said to be an effective
massage oil for relief of sciatica, arthritis and
back pain, so perhaps you can try it with the
above tip!
* Blow hot and cold
This is particularly good for muscle pain and
back pain.
Start off by treating the aching area with a
cold gel pack, which can be picked up at
most chemists. These are specially made so
that the packs stay soft and pliable even when
they are freezing.
Of course, a good old-fashioned pack of
frozen peas will have the same effect, so use
whatever suits you.
The cold temperature will slow your
circulation, which in turn calms inflammation
and pain.
Try the cold treatment twice a day over two
days. If the pain doesn't diminish, switch
tactics and use heat.
A heating pad or hot water bottle (or even a
flannel soaked in boiling water then wrung
out and folded) will alert your body to the
problem, and draw blood packed with
oxygen and nutrients into the aching area.
The warmth will ease tense muscles and
relieve pain.
Right, that's me done for the day. I'll be back (no
pun intended) again next week.
Till then, take care, enjoy yourself, and live the
good life! |
PS: Do you suffer from shoulder pain or knee
pain? Specifically those two areas? If the
answer's yes, then I'm lining something up that I
know you'll be very interested in...
If you want to be the first to try this in the UK,
just drop me a line with either KNEE or
SHOULDER in the subject line, and I'll write to
you very, very soon.
Seriously, if either knee pain or shoulder pain
troubles you, then this could change your life. So
if you're interested, write in. |
