Why you must listen to this retired man...
8th February 2008
You know how I usually am when I talk about doctors...
I start spluttering, go red in the face, raise my voice and cause Lara to usher the kids from the room saying 'Daddy's having one of his turns...'
And can you blame me?
Every week there's a new report in the mainstream press, telling us fat is bad, drink is bad, meat is bad, cheese is bad, get more exercise...
But leave it a couple of weeks, and they'll be telling you fat is good, meat is good, cheese is good, and whatever you do don't run or go to the gym.
Luckily, The Good Life Letter is here to cut through much of the nonsense that's written about our health, but I have to be honest with you...
I can only do so much. Plus, I'm just an ordinary guy with a huge appetite for information and discovering hidden natural remedies and therapies that can help you.
Actually, I just have a huge appetite full stop.
But the one thing I'm not is a doctor. (Can you imagine if I was? I'd be arguing with myself all the time.)
And even though, in my opinion, a lot of doctors just tow the line and stick to prescription drugs, there are some doctors who buck the trend and say what they REALLY think
And I'd like you to meet one of them...
Why can't more doctors be like this? Dr. Bruce Caine sounds like he's got the most idyllic lifestyle you could want...
He retired early, and now lives in a beautiful little village just outside of Madrid with his wife Maria (who's an ex-nurse).
They're surrounded by mountains and beautiful countryside, their kids have grown up and moved out, the weather's great... life couldn't be better.
But the truth is - he misses his work.
Most of all, he misses spending time with everyday folk like you and me, helping us to enjoy a healthier, longer life.
Which is why he started a must-have letter called The People's Doctor.
Why must-have...?
|
Well, there's only so much I can tell you about through the Good Life Letter - so having another free service providing you unbiased, actionable health advice can only be good.
And Bruce is a qualified health professional, so he can fill in any blanks that I might miss out!
Honestly, I think The Good Life Letter and The People's Doctor go hand in hand together perfectly - and I really think you should give it a go.

At last - a doctor who's free to tell you the truthEvery week, Dr Caine will tell you the REAL facts about the medical industry from an insider's point of view. (And now that he's not gagged by NHS red tape he can say what he wants!).
And much of the advice he gives is based on alternative and natural treatments, so that's perfect for Good Life readers.
Arthritis, back pain, high blood pressure, nutrition, hearing, eyesight... you name it, Dr Caine's can help you tackle it. And with over 40 years experience behind him, he can help you A LOT.
As a qualified doctor, he still receives all the medical journals and attends the odd conference, so he'll be able to tell you about the very latest breakthroughs, treatments and information on a whole range of health problems - right from the horse's mouth so to speak!
In my view, The People's Doctor is one of the most refreshing (and useful) health resources around. Dr Caine keeps it simple, everything he tells you is easy to understand, and he takes his TIME to explain things properly. And that's a pretty rare approach into today's pill 'em up and send 'em packing society.
So do yourself a favour, and sign up to his e-letter, The People's Doctor. It's free, and you'll be missing a treat if you ignore this!

That's it for today. I'll be back on Sunday with more news, advice and revelations to keep you happy and healthy!
Yours as ever,
Ray Collins
